By a lady fantasy writer!
I cannot even begin to express the euphoria I feel when I discover a new author, book, or series that can pull me out of my life and take me on an amazing adventure. Even though I devour books like french toast (I like french toast, ok?), it’s rare to find a book in which I can totally immerse myself.
Robin Hobb
Robin Hobb has been taking me on a ride of a lifetime. So far, I’ve read both the Farseer Trilogy and the Liveship Traders Trilogy…and I.CANT.GET.ENOUGH.
I know! I’m soooooo late to the party here. The Assassin’s Apprentice came out in 1995 and Robin Hobb has been prolific ever since. But that doesn’t change the fact that these books are phenomenal. Read them. Seriously. The characters in her books are relatable, interesting, and have depth. Even George RR endorses her.

I’m a few pages into Fool’s Errand and I have not been disappointed. I’m so grateful that there are at least five more novels to read after this!
Anywho, that’s my very passionate book recommendation of the moment. If you read them, let me know what you think!
